He has pleaded not guilty to all charges, ANI reported Public Prosecutor Francisco Taviera as saying.

Apart from rape, Tejpal has also been charged under sections 341 (wrongful restraint), 342 (wrongful confinement), 354 A (sexual harassment) and 354 B (Assault or use of criminal force on a woman with intent to disrobe), and 376 sub-section 2, ANI reported.
