Tom Cruise to shoot a film in space with Elon Musk and NASA?

You have seen Tom Cruise doing all kinds of stunts in his films but this is quite something. The Hollywood star is now set to shoot a film in outer space after he has reportedly joined hands with Elon Musk.
According to a report in Deadline, Tom Cruise and Elon Musk’s aviation company Space X are in talks with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) for filming a narrative movie aboard a real SpaceX vessel.
The project is being called an “action-adventure film”.
There is, however, no Hollywood studio attached to the project at the moment.
Tom has built a career by doing his own stunts in action films. In ‘Mission Impossible- Ghost Protocol’, he scaled the Burj Khalifa. In ‘Mission Impossible - Rogue Nation, he had hung off the side of an airplane mid-flight.
In 2018, he injured himself for ‘Mission Impossible - Fallout’ when he broke his ankle after colliding with another building during a rooftop jump.
Tom Cruise’s ‘Top Gun: Maverick’, the sequel to his 1986 hit ‘Top Gun’ awaits a release.. The film, which was scheduled to hit theatres worldwide in June, has been delayed till December due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The actor is also working on two back-to-back ‘Mission: Impossible’ films.
