Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis mark Father's Day
In a touching gesture, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis celebrated Father’s Day with a heartfelt tribute to their father, Prince William. This marks their first social media post, making the occasion even more special.
The post reads: "We love you, Papa. Happy Father's Day," followed by two red hearts and signed "G, C & L". The accompanying photograph, taken by Catherine, the Princess of Wales, features Prince William standing on a beach with his arms around his children, all gazing out to sea.
Kensington Palace revealed that the picture was taken during a family trip to the Norfolk coast last month.
Earlier on Sunday, Prince William also posted a Father’s Day tribute to his father, King Charles III. The prince shared a nostalgic photograph of himself as a child, playing football with the King in the gardens of Kensington Palace. The picture, dated June 12, 1984, shows a nearly two-year-old William smiling as he kicks a brightly coloured football. The post is signed off by William with the caption, “Happy Father’s Day, Pa.”

Meanwhile, on June 15, King Charles celebrated his official birthday for the second time as monarch with the annual Trooping the Colour ceremony. For the occasion, King Charles donned the Guard of Honour Order's tunic made of bearskin, adorned with a blue garter sash, symbolising the regiment being honoured. His attire also included his mother Queen Elizabeth's cypher and decorations from the Noble Order military and knight garters.
The event also marked Catherine's first public appearance of the year as she is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment for cancer. The King, also receiving treatment for the illness, returned to public duties at the end of April.
