This Diwali it's going to be a big clash at the box office. On the occasion of one of India's biggest festivals, Diwali, two major Bollywood movies; Ajay Devgn's Singham Again and Kartik Aaryan's Bhool Bhulaiya 3 will hit the theatres.
Both are much-loved film franchises, and it would be interesting to see which one ofthe movies will become audiences' first choice on November 1.
Amidst a lot of buzz, Kartik Aaryan has finally broken his silence on the bigclash.
During a recent event for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, Kartik shared a positive message for the fans, saying that hewill too watch Singham Again.
“Diwali is such a big holiday that I think two films can easily run in theatres. While Singham Again is an action genre, our (film) is a horror comedy. As a moviegoer, I see it as a festival for all of us that we have two options on the same day. It is a rare thing in our industry as these days films are not releasing. I think audiences are eagerly waiting for both,” Kartik said, as per Firstpost.
Adding that both the films have a strong chance of succeeding, he said, “I like their film, I will be watching it too. I hope you watch our film as well. Both films have a strong chance of succeeding. I’m concentrating on Rooh Baba versus Manjulika. I don’t think it is a versus between both the films. They are a huge franchise, Singham Again, Ajay sir, Rohit sir, and everybody associated with the film, I’ve been a fan of them. This versus thing that has started, it is wrong.”
Directed by Anees Bazmee, the movie marksKartik's returnasRooh Baba. A new addition to the third movie is Madhuri Dixit and Tripti Dimri.
Vidya Balan is returning to the franchise and will reprise the role of Manjulika.
Rohit Shetty'sSingham Again will mark the return of Ajay as Bajirao Singham with Kareena Kapoor playing his wife, Ranveer Singh as Simmba, and Akshay Kumar as Sooryavanshi.
Deepika Padukone as Lady Singham, Tiger Shroff as ACP Satya Pattnaik and Arjun Kapoor as the main antagonist are the new additions to the franchise.
