The 10-day long festivity of Ganesh Chaturthi has begun and devotees acrossIndia arecelebrating the holy festival withenthusiasm.
Marking the auspicious start of the festival, several celebrities took to their social media to extend their warm wishes on the occasion as they shared photos with the idol of Lord Ganesh.
Every year, actress Shilpa Shetty celebrates the festival in the grandest way possible. On Saturday, Shetty, who has welcomed Bappa into their home, shared a cute video featuring her, her husband Raj Kundra and their daughter Samisha.
The clip shows the family shouting, 'Ganpati Bappa Morya' in front ofLord Ganesha's idol.
Sharing the clip, she wrote, ''Opening our hearts and doors to welcome Bappa🌺Favorite time of the year♥️ .''

Ananya Pandey has also shared a photo from her Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. Taking to her Instagram, the Call Me Bae star shared a photo of her posing with the idol of the deity.In the picture, the actress is dressed in a halter-neck green suit with pink embroidery.
Sharing the photo, she wrote, ''Welcome home Bappppa.''

Munjya actor Sharvari celebrated the festival with her family. Taking to her Instagram handle, the actress shared happy photos from the celebration.
She wrote in the caption, ''Ganpati Bappa Morya. The most magical time of the year & my moooooosssst favourite festival is here! My saree this year is a 35-year-old Kanjivaram saree passed down from my Aaji to my Aai and to me today! Grateful & Thankful for this year. Happy Ganesh Chaturthi.”
Actor Rakul Preet Singh and producer Jackky Bhagnani have welcomed Lord Ganesh for the first time at their home. Sharing a photo of them, Rakul wrote, ''Bringing home Bappa for the first time together ❤️❤️ sending all of you lots of love and blessings !''
