Once again, Rohit Sharma has proved his mettle.
The 30-year-old right-handed batsman scored a magnificent century in just 35 balls slamming the fastest century in the history international cricket and sealing India's victory in the second T20 against Sri Lanka.
Sharma equalled the fastest century in T20, a record previously achieved by South African cricketer David Miller.
Sharma is also the second Indian batsman to score 1,500 runs in the T20 format.
Stand-in captain, Rohit Sharma, made headlines earlier for scoring a double century, his third double ton in ODIs, against Sri Lanka in Mohali.
