'You're Fired': Trump
Meanwhile, Donald Trump, the Republican Party presidential candidate, stepped up personal attacks on political rival US Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democratic Party presidential candidate. During a rally in Latrobe, Pennsylvania, Trump attacked Harris and said: "you're a shit vice president".
Addressing a crowd of his followers in the swing state, Trump said that Harris was more left than Democratic Senators Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders.
"You have to tell Kamala Harris that you've had enough, that you just can't take it anymore. We can't stand you, you're a shit vice president."
To applause, Trump added: "Kamala, you're fired, get the hell out of here, you're fired."
He also made some off-colour comments about golf legend Arnold Palmer, a hometown hero. At the Latrobe event, Trump told voters a long story about Palmer that had mentions of the late golf legend's genitalia.
"He took showers with the other pros, they came out of there and said 'oh my God, that's unbelievable'," said Trump.
Harris campaign was quick to seize the opportunity and commented: "Trump's Pennsylvania closing argument is literal junk. In a Pennsylvania rally speech, his campaign team billed as 'the beginning of his closing argument in the final stretch,' Donald Trump focused on the issue most important to voters in this election: a deceased golfer's … anatomy."

Harris takes a pot-shot at Trump's health
On Saturday, Harris's entourage at rallies in Detroit and Atlanta included singers Lizzo and Usher respectively.
At the rally in Detroit, Harris painted her political rival Trump as exhausted and unhinged. She told the voters that Trump's platform is "self-consuming" and said: "We stand for the idea that the true measure of the strength of a leader is not based on who you beat down, it's on who you lift up."
In Atlanta, she accused the 78-year-old of "ducking debates and cancelling interviews because of exhaustion."
"When he does answer a question or speak at a rally -- have you noticed he tends to go off script and ramble, and generally, for the life of him, cannot finish a thought?" she asked.
"He's called it the weave. But we here we will call it nonsense."
