In a rare acknowledgment of losses, Russia says 71 of its soldiers were killed while thwarting a Ukrainian counter-offensive. The admission came from none other than the Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu. Russian Defense Ministry also released a video of the incident where tanks could be seen coming under attack from aerial positions.
