Musk's SpaceX Applies to Launch One Million Satellites

SpaceX, led by Elon Musk, has applied to US regulators for permission to launch up to one million satellites into low-Earth orbit as part of a proposed space-based orbital data-center network. The satellites are expected to support AI computing powered by solar energy in space, dramatically expanding capabilities beyond the existing Starlink system.
