Karnataka S.I.R: Notice directed Hajabba to appear for verification on Sep 11
Padma Shri awardee Harekala Hajabba has received a notice from the Election Commission over a discrepancy in his name recorded in Karnataka’s electoral rolls. The notice comes as part of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of voter lists, six years after the orange seller-turned-educationist was honoured for his work in promoting education.
