India-U.S Tariff: The Trump administration has formally issued a notice imposing an additional 25% tariff on Indian imports, effective 12:01 am (EST) on August 27. Two days ahead of the US tariffs, Prime Minister Modi said on August 26 that India would endure the economic pressure while continuing to build its resilience.
