Cop28: India offers to host next summit, announces green fund
With eighty-thousand attendees, COP28 is the largest ever climate summit in united nation's history. As the summit's 28th edition kick-started in Dubai, a climate disaster fund has been established with Germany & UAE pledging 100 million U.S. Dollar each. Indian prime minister proposed to host thirty-third edition of climate summit in India in the year 2028.
