Karnataka Chief Minister D K Shivakumar has announced a package of initiatives for Kalyana Karnataka covering investment, government recruitment, healthcare, urban infrastructure and tourism. The plans include a new regional economy mission and a 30-acre IT park in Kalaburagi.
