Chandipura virus: Gujarat reports 35 Chandipura virus cases
Gujarat has reported 35 confirmed Chandipura virus cases and 22 deaths, according to Health Minister Praful Pansheriya. Seven patients remain in intensive care, while health authorities have intensified surveillance, testing and containment measures to curb the spread of the insect-borne virus.
