Brazil: Navy scuttles 'Sao Paulo' in Atlantic Ocean
Brazil's commitment to protect the environment is in question once again, this time for scuttling a warship in the Atlantic Ocean despite repeated calls by environmental groups to not go ahead with a move. The Brazilian authorities sunk a decommissioned aircraft carrier last week.
