U.S. Secret Service agents and a Palm Beach County sheriff’s deputy shot and killed an armed man early Sunday after he breached the secure perimeter of former President Donald Trump’s Mar‑a‑Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida. The suspect, in his early 20s and carrying what appeared to be a shotgun and a fuel can, was confronted near the property’s north gate. Trump and the first lady were in Washington at the time, and authorities are investigating the motive.
