<p>Described by auction house Christies' as the Italian neoclassical sculptor's "lost masterpiece," "Maddalena Giacente" (Recumbent Magdalene) was commissioned by the Earl of Liverpool, then British prime minister, and took three years to carve.</p>

<p>Writing about the Recumbent Magdalene in 1819, Canova said: “I exhibited another model of a second Magdalene lying on the ground, and almost fainting from the excessive pain of her penitence, a subject that I like very much, and that has earned me a lot of indulgence, and very flattering praise.”</p>

<p>“During his teen years, the attacker was accused of stalking his classmates and he wrote stories that centered around violent themes," siad Steve Driscoll, a lead research specialist at NTAC. He has been quoted by CBS.</p>

<p>Driscoll says that one of the stories written by Beierle went on for 81 pages. The story has the protagonist killing several girls before committing suicide. The female characters bore resemblance to Beierle's actual classmates.</p>

<p>The man was even arrested previously for groping women.</p>

<p>31-year-old Oudomsine pleaded guilty in October. The charges against him were of wire fraud. Prosecutors reportedly said that he submitted false information to US Small Business Administration. Vinath Oudomsine had applied for a Covid-19 relief loan. He sought the loan for what he called "entertainment service". He claimed that he owned such a business.</p>

<p>Prosecutors also said that Vinath Oudomsine lied about how many people he employed as he did for his business' annual revenue.</p>

<p>He received USD 85,000 from the loan program. Prosecutors say that he used USD 57,789 to buy a Charizard Pokemon card.<br />
Oudomsine has been handed a jail sentence of three years.</p>

Not only remains of such an old incident were found near beach where literally millions have swum, the cargo on the boat was found preserved in almost perfect condition when the shipwreck was detected three years ago.</p>

<p>The merchant vessel was likely anchored near shore when rough weather caused it to hit the rocks and then sink.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Local authorities quickly intervened and studied the shipwreck, known as Ses Fontanelles wreck, with the help of divers and university experts. The contents of the sunken vessels were recovered in last few months.</p>

<p>What has surprised experts is the near-perfect condition that cargo was found in. As per a report in The Guardian, about 300 amphorae (clay jars) have been recovered. These jars contained various things. The report says that a leather shoe, a rope shoe, a cooking pot, an oil lamp have been found among other things.</p>

<p>“The aim is to preserve everything there and all the information it contains, and that couldn’t be done in a single emergency intervention,” said Jaume Cardell, local council's head of archaeology as quoted by The Guardian</p>

<p>Cody Hooks was bull-riding at the Bell County Rodeo in Belton when he was bucked off moments after leaving the chute.</p>

<p>The fall left the teen unconscious on the ground while the bull charged past two bullfighters.</p>

<p>Lviv, a city of trams and cobblestone streets, has become a staging area for humanitarian aid and soldiers pouring back into Ukraine's war zone.</p>

<p>Several Western embassies had already transferred their activities to Lviv,&nbsp;moving out of Kyiv in the run-up to the war.</p>
