<p>A dog was found in a bag during a security x-ray check at Dane County Regional Airport in Wisconsin on December 7, by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).&nbsp;The TSA&nbsp; then sent it as a caution&nbsp;to passengers travelling with pets to follow the safety protocol.</p>

<p>The dog was a dachshund-chihuahua mix and was not harmed but was a "little skittish" after going through the security check.</p>

At the checkpoint, remove your pet from the bag and send all items, including the empty carrier, to be screened in the machine."&nbsp;</p>

Days after researchers revive ancient viruses from permafrost, zombie-like people seen on US streets

<p>The District of Columbia in the US said on Wednesday (December 6) that it is suing e-commerce giant Amazon for allegedly stealing tips from Flex service delivery drivers in order to boost profits and reduce costs.</p>

<p>The lawsuit says that Amazon was breaking local law on deceptive trade practices.</p>

<p>"When a company is caught stealing from its workers, it is not enough for the company to repay the amount stolen," Karl Racine, attorney general of the local Washington, DC government, argued in the suit.</p>

<p>"Stealing from workers is theft, and significant penalties are necessary to strongly disincentivize this unlawful conduct."</p>

<p>The lawsuit is aimed at Amazon.com and Amazon logistics. It contends that from late 2016 to mid-2019, Amazon tricked consumers who thought that the tip money was being paid to Flex service drivers while in reality, it was being used for reducing operating costs.</p>

<p>"Amazon, one of the world's wealthiest companies, certainly does not need to take tips that belong to workers," Racine said in a release.</p>

<p>"Amazon can and should do better."</p>

<p>Amazon launched Flex in 2015, offering drivers the opportunity to earn from $18 to $25 hourly, plus tips, for using their own vehicles to deliver groceries or packages for the company.</p>

<p>"Nothing is more important to us than customer trust," Amazon spokesperson Maria Boschetti said in response to an AFP inquiry.</p>

<p>"This lawsuit involves a practice we changed three years ago and is without merit - all of the customer tips at issue were already paid to drivers as part of a settlement last year with the FTC."</p>

A steady barrage of high tides and rough surf also played a role in the object's discovery.</p>

<p>Reportedly Hurricane Nicole was one of the most powerful storms to strike the United States in the past decade.</p>

<p>The mysterious object seems to be made of wood and metal and is a &nbsp;whopping 80 feet long, said officials as per the New York Times. Typically interesting finds like these are roped off to protect them, however in this case, as high tides continue to submerge the object, roping it off is not an option.</p>

<p>"It is a mystery," said Tamra Malphurs, a spokesperson for Volusia County Beach Safety.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"Many people think it is an old ship of some sort," she added.</p>

<p>Talking to WKMG-TV she remarked "We haven't seen this kind of erosion in a very long time", adding that she's been a regular at the beach for about 25 years but that this is her first time seeing the object.</p>

<p>In fact, both their families agreed to the wedding and had no objection. The groom is into the travel agency business. Solapur district is approximately 400 km from Mumbai.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Solapur Police has now registered a non-cognisable (NC) offence under section 494 of the Indian penal Code (IPC). The video that has gone viral on social media shows the names of the bride and the groom written at the place where the event was held.&nbsp;</p>

<p>A video has been released by Taronga zoo which shows five lions scratching and breaking the fence around them and finally escaping the enclosure.</p>

<p>In the video, the five lions, which include an adult male and four cubs, are clawing at the fence and then squeezing underneath it to escape the enclosure and wander outside their zoo.</p>

<p>The escape of lions, which took place in early November, led to the zoo's lockdown with the issue of a “code one” alert. The visitors and staff sought shelter till the lions were locked back in their enclosure.</p>

<p>The video shows the lions remaining close to the fence after escaping the enclosure, as lioness Maya remains inside it.&nbsp;</p>

<p>As per a statement released by Targona zoo, all five lions managed to escape but remained calm before returning to the enclosure on their own.</p>

<p>“The five lions calmly investigated within metres of their main exhibit, before actively trying to find their way back under the fence as lioness Maya and keepers began calling for them,” the Targona zoo said in a statement.</p>

<p>“The cubs and father Ato made several attempts to re-enter the exhibit and male cub Luzuko was the first to successfully do so. He was followed shortly after by female cub Zuri and male cub Khari. With encouragement from keepers, Ato returned to the exhibit before making his way into the dens to be reunited with his pride,” the zoo added.&nbsp;</p>

Based on shell measurements, it is believed that Jonathan was hatched around 1832 and was brought from Seychelles to the UK overseas territory 50 years later.<br aria-hidden="true" />

Furthermore, the judge also said that Mr T was entitled to “freedom of expression” including his refusal to participate in activities which were his “fundamental freedom” and are also not grounds for dismissal.&nbsp;However, the sacked employee&nbsp;has demanded another 395,630 pounds (nearly $473,955) which will be considered during the next hearing.</p>

<p>One way to describe it is an "act or practice of grossly misleading someone, especially for one’s own advantage."</p>

<p>Another definition describes gaslighting as the "psychological manipulation of a person usually over an extended period of time that causes the victim to question the validity of their own thoughts, perception of reality, or memories and typically leads to confusion, loss of confidence and self-esteem, the uncertainty of one's emotional or mental stability, and a dependency on the perpetrator".</p>

<p>It is a dark tale of "a marriage based on deceit and trickery", in which the husband Jack Manningham tries to steal from his wife Bella, resorting to antics that escalate to the point of driving her insane.</p>

<p>His mysterious activities in the attic cause the house's lights to dim. When Bella mentions the strange phenomenon, Jack insists that the lights are not dimming. the repeated denial makes Bella doubt her sanity.&nbsp;</p>

<p>A snippet of the virtual hearing went viral on the internet, following which Judicial Disciplinary Commission in Norte de Santander launched a quick investigation on the matter.
