<p>OpenAI CEO Sam Altman in a podcast released last week&nbsp;highlighted Musk's magnetic ability to attract talent and attention, describing him as purportedly having unique superpowers.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"Elon was definitely a talent magnet and attention magnet, for sure, and also just like has some real superpowers that were super helpful to us in those early days, aside from all of those things," Altman told <em>In Good Company</em> podcast host Nicolai Tangen.</p>

<p>Altman’s remarks on Musk have not been consistent. In March, as per Fortune magazine, appearing for&nbsp;<em>On With Kara Swisher</em> podcast, he said: "I mean, he's a jerk,&nbsp;whatever else you want to say about him—he has a style that is not a style that I’d want to have for myself.</p>

<p>The discovery is significant since the Pool of Siloam was not seen in public for nearly 2,000 years, around the time when Jesus was present.</p>

<p>It came to light during an excavation work carried out in the ancient city by the Israel Antiquities Authority, the Israel National Parks Authority, and the City of David Foundation.</p>

<p>The authorities have announced that Pool of Siloam, a cherished holy site by Christians and Jews, will be open to the public for the first time in the near future.</p>

<p>“The ongoing excavations within the City of David — the historic site of Biblical Jerusalem — particularly of the Pool of Siloam and the Pilgrimage Road, serve as one of the greatest affirmations of that heritage and the millennia-old bond Jews and Christians have with Jerusalem," Ze’ev Orenstein, director of International Affairs - City of David Foundation, told Fox News Digital.</p>

<p>"Not simply as a matter of faith, but as a matter of fact," he added.</p>

<h2><strong>Built around 2,700 years ago</strong></h2>

<p>Pool of Siloam was built reportedly around 2,700 years ago in the eighth century BC under the reign of King Hezekiah as part of Jerusalem's water system, according to the&nbsp;Biblical Archaeology Society.</p>

<p>The workers built the 1,750-foot tunnel under the City of David to bring water from the Gihon Spring.</p>

<p>According to estimates, the Pool of Siloam passed through many stages of construction and reached the size of 1.25 acres.</p>

<p>According to a passage in the Gospel of John, Jesus restored the sight of a man born blind at the Pool of Siloam.</p>

<p>A 51-year-old man from Florida was arrested trying to "run to London" across the Atlantic Ocean in a human-size homemade vessel resembling a hamster wheel.Reza Baluchi was detained on August 26 after the US Coast Guard intercepted his vessel about 70 miles (110km) off Tybee Island, Georgia, and&nbsp;was finally brought ashore on Sept. 1.<br />

The officers were preparing for the arrival of a major hurricane when they spotted Baluchi’s vessel.</p>

<p>During interrogation, Baluchi told the officers that he intended to travel more than 4,000 miles to London in his homemade hamster wheel, which the Coast Guard described as unsafe, as it was built with buoys.</p>

<p>Notably, Baluchi has been attempting similar voyages since 2014, and even threatened to kill himself during the recent interception if the officers interrupted his mission, the Coast Guard said, according to the New York Times newspaper.</p>

<p>The makeshift vessel that he has been using is fitted with paddles and designed to move forward as the wheel revolves.</p>

<p>"Based on the condition of the vessel - which was afloat as a result of wiring and buoys - [US Coast Guard] officers determined Baluchi was conducting a manifestly unsafe voyage," the criminal complaint says.</p>

<p>The officers eventually persuaded Baluchi to leave his vessel on August 29, following which he was charged in federal court in Miami on Tuesday (Sept. 5) with obstruction of boarding and violation of the Captain of the Port Order.</p>

<p>When on May 19, a prison inmate Igor Bolte escaped the Chester County Prison, the officials said at a news conference that they&nbsp;hired security consultants to review the building and make it more escape-proof.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The consultants had “identified an insufficiency”, said Acting Warden Howard Holland, and razor wire was installed to keep other inmates from using the same exit route.</p>

<p>"While we believed our security methods were sufficient, they were proven otherwise. And we will move quickly to enhance our security measures," said Holland.</p>

<h2><strong>Navelo Cavalcante ‘crab walked’ the wall</strong></h2>

<p>Cavalcante was sentenced to life imprisonment last month after being found guilty of brutally stabbing ex-girlfriend Deborah Brando to death in April 2021 in front of her two infants.</p>

<p>Footage shows how he “crab walked up a wall, through razor wire”, Holland said on Wednesday. Cavalcante placed his hands on one wall and his feet on another to push his way upwards.</p>

But the officer apparently failed to monitor the security feed, unlike in the May case when the inmate was caught only five minutes after escaping once he was spotted on video monitors.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The officer who was assigned to oversee Yard C when Cavalcante got away has been placed on administrative leave and is under investigation by the state's attorney general.</p>

<p>Batool spoke only two sentences on Sara, terming her death as an ‘incident’. Batool ends the video saying that they are willing to co-operate with the UK authorities to fight their case.</p>

<p>The video was sent to the BBC but they were unable to verify their account. Nor they were able to verify the conditions under which the video was recorded or the location, said BBC.</p>

<p>Batool said, "Firstly, I would like to talk about Sara. Sara's death was an incident. Our family in Pakistan are severely affected by all that is going on. Imran (another of Sharif's brothers) did not give a statement that Sara fell down the stairs and broke her neck. This was spread through a Pakistani media outlet. I am very worried about Imran's safety."</p>

<p>She went on, "All of our family members have gone into hiding as everyone is scared for their safety. The kids are unable to attend school as they're afraid to leave the house. No one is leaving the house.”</p>

<p>In response to Batool’s allegations, Jhelum police chief Mehmood Bajwa told the BBC the allegations of harassment and torture of family members are false. He said if the family had any fears from the police they could go to court to seek protection.</p>

<p>The child was found dead after officers were called from Pakistan by her dad, Urfan Sharif, who is thought to have travelled to Islamabad on August 9 and police have been unable to contact them since.&nbsp;</p>

<p>A post-mortem examination showed Sara had suffered multiple and extensive injuries, likely to have been caused over a sustained and extended period of time.</p>

Over the weekend, British tabloids&nbsp;published a video producer's claims&nbsp;that he found a plane in the Pursat Province of the East Asian nation while scanning through satellite imagery on Google Maps.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The man, identified as Ian Wilson, believes the remains of the plane bound for Beijing from Kuala Lumpur lie in this forest, adding that he made the discovery using Google Earth in a few hours.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"Measuring the Google sighting, you're looking at around 69 metres, but there looks to be a gap between the tail and the back of the plane. It's just slightly bigger, but there's a gap that would probably account for that," he was quoted as saying by Daily Mirror.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"I was on there [Google Earth], a few hours here, a few hours there. If you added it up, I spent hours searching for places a plane could have gone down—and in the end, as you can see the place where the plane is. It is literally the greenest, darkest part you can see."</p>

<p>Notably, under one of the posts on X (formerly known as Twitter), carrying British media Wilson's version, a community post said: "It is important to emphasize that this 'news' is not new, it has been in circulation since 2018. To date, there is no real evidence that corroborates this hypothesis."</p>

<p>A short video series has reportedly gone viral on Chinese version of TikTok. The series, titled 'Escape from The British Museum' shows journey of a Chinese artefact back to China. This has added to general clamour about demands from various countries that British Museum should return cultural relics taken forcibly during the times of the British Empire.</p>

<p>The video series shows a jade teapot from the British Museum assuming a human form. It then tries to escape the museum and return to China with the help of a Chinese journalist it meets on the streets of London.</p>

<p>The teapot is a real artefact stored in the British Museum. It is however, not exactly a cultural relic. It was made in 2011 by a Chinese artist who is an expert in intricate jade carvings.</p>

<p>Although it is not a cultual relic going back centuries, the delicate technique to make the carvings is an artform unique to China.</p>

Their following has substantially increased. Within a week, the number of their followers spiked by five million.</p>

<p>Chinese state media has reacted positively to the video series.</p>

<p>State broadcaster CCTV appeared to praise the videos and the creators.</p>

<p>"We are very pleased to see Chinese young people are passionate about history and tradition… We are also looking forward to the early return of Chinese artefacts that have been displaced overseas," CCTV said as quoted in a&nbsp;BBC report.</p>

<p>The artefacts in the British Museum have long been a matter of debate. The museum has about eight million objects in its collection.</p>

<p>Britain's colonial past has often raised questions on how majority of these artefacts were obtained, whether previous owner explicitly and of their free will consented to donating these artefacts is something that gets debated regularly.</p>

'Escape from British Museum': Chinese TikTok video on artefact return becomes a hit

<p>A pier close to the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus collapsed Monday afternoon. A video of the pier collapsing with dozens of students into a lake in Madison went viral on social media.</p>

<p>About 60 to 80 people were standing on the swimming pier in front of the University of Wisconsin-Madison when it collapsed, according to the Madison Fire Department. Officials said six people were hurt and treated by EMTs and paramedics, and one of them was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.</p>

<p>The pier, located near the Memorial Union Terrace on Lake Mendota, is owned by the university and was scheduled to be removed for the season on Tuesday, said Officer Jeff Kirchman, of the UW-Madison Police Department.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Kirchman said he did not receive any information, as of now, as to whether the pier was over capacity or not. In an official statement, UW officials said an investigation will be conducted into the collapse.&nbsp;</p>

<p>X (formerly known as Twitter) boss Elon Musk on Wednesday once again stirred the pot by challenging Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg for the long impending cage fight.&nbsp;</p>

<p>A user on the platform said that searching for Mark Zuckerberg on Google nowadays threw more UFC content than his actual podcasts. Musk, who is highly active on X, seized the opportunity and called out Zuckerberg for not taking him on in the fight.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"Why won't he fight me!? Zuck said "name the place", so I named his house, but they said he was away on travel. Perhaps we can fight when we returns?" Musk said in response.</p>

Musk was referring to his own comments from last month when he said he would drive his car to Zuckerberg's house for the fight while live-streaming the journey.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“If we get lucky and Zuck my 👅 actually answers the door, the fight is on!” he wrote.</p>

<p>A day earlier, Zuckerberg said he had moved on from the fight as Musk wasn't serious about the proposed showdown between the duo.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“Elon won’t confirm a date, then says he needs surgery, and now asks to do a practice round in my backyard instead,” he wrote on Threads.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“If Elon ever gets serious about a real date and official event, he knows how to reach me. Otherwise, time to move on. I’m going to focus on competing with people who take the sport seriously.”</p>

'Why won't he...': Musk questions Zuckerberg regarding cage fight

<p>A teenage boy from Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad died due to rabies on Monday. The boy named&nbsp;Shahvaz was bitten by a neighbour’s dog over a month ago but he allegedly did not tell his parents about the incident out of fear of being scolded.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The 14-year-old boy was a resident of Charan Singh colony under the Vijay Nagar police station area and was a student of Class 8.&nbsp;</p>

<p>“Today, information was received at Vijayanagar police station that a 14-year-old child died due to a dog bite. Taking cognizance of the incident, we investigated the matter. It came to light that the child was bitten by a dog about two months ago and he hid it from his family members,” said Nimish Patil, Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), Kotwali Nagar.</p>

<p>According to the boy’s family, Shahavaz developed a fear of wind and water and started staying indoors in the dark. He started behaving abnormally and used to make loud noises, told family to the police.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Following this, Shahvaz’s family took him to several hospitals in Ghaziabad and the nearby cities of Meerut and Delhi. In Delhi, he was refused admission to a hospital for treatment.</p>

<p>At last, as per media reports, the boy was admitted to an Ayurvedic clinic in Bulandshahr for treatment, the family told the police. The boy died when he was being brought back to Ghaziabad in an ambulance. A complaint has been lodged in the matter and action will be taken against the dog owner, said Assistant Commissioner of Police, Kotwali zone, Nimish Patil.</p>

Later, (when his family found out), the child was taken to a hospital where he died during treatment. A case has been registered on the basis of a complaint by the family members. Action will be taken on the basis of facts,” he added.</p>

<p>A purported video also went viral on social media on Tuesday, where the boy was wailing in pain inside an ambulance even as his father tried to calm him down.</p>
