"My crew, band, friends and family who were all travelling with me are safe after an emergency landing," Cyrus said.<br />
Cyrus was scheduled to arrive on Tuesday night at Silvio Pettirossi airport on the outskirts of Asuncion to perform with other artists at the Asuncionico music festival.</p>

<p>Felix Kanazawa, head of the National Directorate of Civil Aviation of Paraguay, told local media that due to severe weather the plane had landed at Guarani airport, near the town of Ciudad del Este, on the border with Brazil.<br />

Cyrus flew on to the Brazilian city of Sao Paulo several hours later, Kanazawa said.<br />

Event organizers suspended the festival due to the weather alert after the storm unleashed heavy downpours, leaving cars submerged and causing power outages in the capital and areas around the metropolitan area, authorities said.<br />

The aforementioned incident took place during his performance at the Rolling Loud festival in Miami.</p>

Miley Cyrus said in her post that she is a “proud and loyal member of the LGBTQIA+ community,” and that “it’s easier to cancel someone than to find forgiveness and compassion in ourselves or take the time to change hearts and minds.”</p>

British Virgin Island-based Cyrus Trademarks Ltd, which had registered the mark CYRUS in 2010, however opposed the application for some of the products.<br />
<br />
EUIPO backed part of its argument, citing the likelihood of confusion between the two trademarks. Smiley Miley appealed but failed to convince the patent office last year and subsequently took its case to the Luxembourg-based EU Court of Justice (CJEU).<br />
<br />
The Court overruled EUIPO`s decision, dismissing its arguments that the brands could be confused and that the name Miley Cyrus had no conceptual meaning.<br />

"The mark applied for, MILEY CYRUS, has a clear and specific semantic content for the relevant public given that it refers to a public figure of international reputation, known by most well-informed, reasonably observant and circumspect persons...," the CJEU said.<br />

"Talk about an identity crisis," she said of playing the titular role of the regular teen by day, pop star by night on the show for seasons from 2006 to 2011.<br />

"I had gone from being a character almost as often as I was myself. And actually, the concept of the show is that when you`re this character, when you have this alter ego, you`re valuable. You`ve got like millions of fans, you`re like the biggest star in the world. And then the concept was that when I looked like myself when I didn`t have the wig on anymore, that no one cared about me. I wasn`t a star anymore," Cyrus said."So, that was drilled into my head. Like, without being Hannah Montana, no one cares about you. And that was the concept," the singer added.<br />

Cyrus said she "really had to break that" mentality, adding that her album `Bangerz` was her first foray into finding her identity outside of the popular Disney channel character.She said, "And so I really had to break that and I think that`s maybe why I almost created a characterized version of myself at times. ... Ingham III claimed in court that the musician is scared of her dad and would no longer perform while he controls her career. The pop star, now 38, had asked for her care manager to permanently replace her father Jamie as her conservator. A lawyer for the singer had submitted documents ahead of the private hearing saying Spears was "strongly opposed" to having her father return to control her affairs. The documents gave no reasons for her stance. <p>She further added, “In a way, I didn't spend too much time crying over it, and it wasn't because I was cold or trying to avoid feeling something, but it was just because it wasn't going to change it. I tried to just continue to be active in what I can control, otherwise, you just start feeling like you're trapped”</p>

<p>Soon after her divorce, she was seen with Kaitlynn Carter and later dated Cody Simpson for a while before breaking up this year. About her relationships post the split, Miley noted, “I would say that there's a stigma of coldness for a woman who actually, really moves on.”</p>

<p>Despite many emotional turmoils, the singer says that she is still very much in touch with her emotions, however, the intensity has decreased. “I heal through travelling and meeting new people. As you lose one person, another person comes into your life." She also elaborated on her belief that any commitment of "forever" will lead to "disappointment.”</p>

<p>Hemsworth and Cyrus officially separated in August 2019, less than a year after they tied the knot, in an intimate 'at-home' wedding. Hemsworth has since been linked to Australian model Gabriella Brooks, as he and Cyrus now have "completely different" lives.</p>
