<p>In the ongoing assault trial against Tory for allegedly shooting Megan in the foot in 2020, Justin seems to have some important information which Megan's attorney wants the jury to hear. However, it seems that the former member of the 27-year-old's security squad is nowhere to be found.</p>

<p>"We recently learned that Justin Edison went missing right before he was scheduled to appear in court," the attorney, Alex Spiro, told TMZ on Saturday.</p>

<p>Alex added that the LAPD is "currently looking into his disappearance,"&nbsp;however a spokesperson for the department debunked the claim and told The Post that a missing person’s case has not been opened yet for Justin.</p>

According to the latest reports, Megan is escalating her legal war with 1501 Certified Entertainment and is demanding a hefty amount in damages.&nbsp;</p>

<p>According to the&nbsp;court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the Grammy Award winner's attorneys have requested $1 million in relief from the record label and have also claimed that her last two albums 'Something for Thee Hotties' and 'Traumazine' fulfill the requirements of her "unconscionable" contract.</p>

<p>"Over the past two years, Pete and 1501 shared a long and tortured history of disputes with each other concerning Pete's recording agreement, including the unconscionability of the agreement in its original form, as well as disputes concerning the release of Pete's music," the complaint read.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"The two have been able to resolve some of the disputes through the issuance of multiple temporary restraining orders against Defendants from this Court. But a new dispute has arisen requiring further assistance from the Court," the complaint continued.</p>

<p>"1501's new position, taken months after the album's release, is clearly a ruse in an effort to try to take further advantage of Pete, at great expense and in bad faith," the attorneys&nbsp;further stated in the complaint.&nbsp;</p>

<p>A rapper who allegedly told Megan Thee Stallion to "Dance, bitch" before shooting at the singer's feet after a Hollywood party was ordered to stand trial in California on Tuesday.</p>

<p>The "Savage" singer was in an SUV with Tory Lanez driving away from a party hosted by Kylie Jenner when the pair got into an argument in June last year, a court in Los Angeles heard.</p>

<p>A bikini-clad Megan Thee Stallion demanded to be let out of the Cadillac and then heard Lanez shout "Dance, bitch" as he opened fire with a handgun, Los Angeles Police Department Detective Ryan Stogner told a judge.</p>

<p>Police responding to reports of a shooting later stopped the vehicle and took Megan Thee Stallion to hospital, where she initially told doctors she had hurt her feet on broken glass.</p>

<p>Lanez, a 29-year-old Canadian whose real name is Daystar Peterson, has denied wrongdoing.</p>

<p>"I have all faith in God to show that ... love to all my fans and people that have stayed true to me &amp; know my heart ... a charge is not a conviction," he wrote on Twitter last year.</p>

<p>He also addressed the claims on his fifth album, "Daystar," wondering how someone could get "shot in your foot... don't hit no bones or tendons?"</p>

<p>Lanez was charged in October 2020 with one count each of assault with a semi-automatic firearm and carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle. &nbsp; &nbsp;</p>

BTS did not perform their signature choreographed dance routine, instead grooved along with the song as they interacted with enthusiastic fans in the crowd who cheered through the performance.&nbsp;<br />

Megan thanked God for "putting life into my body, for even being here today... It`s been a hullava year, but we made it," she said.<br />

British pop star Harry Styles, wearing a feather boa over a bare chest, and teen phenomenon Billie Eilish sporting her trademark green hair, kicked off the socially-distanced ceremony, playing in a room empty apart from a handful of other musicians.<br />

Hosted by Trevor Noah, the hybrid ceremony of pre-recorded and live performances took place both indoors and outdoors in Downtown Los Angeles, but without the usual mass audience.<br />

"We`re hoping that this is all about what 2021 can be, full of joy, new beginnings and coming together. Never forgetting what happened in 2020, but full of hope for what is to come," Noah said.<br />
