<p>A Chinese man suffered a heart attack and succumbed to it 13 days after going through a major dental procedure in which the doctors extracted his 23 teeth and inserted 12 implants in a single day.</p>

<p>The case garnered attention after the man’s daughter wrote an online post on September 2 narrating the entire incident.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In her post, the daughter said that her father underwent a gruelling dental procedure at Yongkang Deway Dental Hospital on August 14.</p>

<p>As per the signed consent form, the surgeon used the “immediate restoration” method, in which he extracted his 23 teeth and placed 12 implants in one procedure.</p>

<p>The surgeon has five years of experience as a dentist and specialises in root canal treatment, impacted wisdom tooth extraction, and complete dentures. After getting the dental treatment, the man remained in pain for the entire time.</p>

<p>On August 28, the man died after suffering a sudden cardiac arrest.</p>

<p>The incident has left the entire country shocked, as the Yongkang Municipal Health Bureau's official said, “Since there was a 13-day gap between the tooth extractions and his death, we are still investigating the cause.”</p>

<p>Meanwhile, a staff member of the clinic, while speaking to The New York Post, said, “We will not be responding to this matter now as it has been handed over to our lawyer. If there are any updates, we will issue a statement; however, the investigation is ongoing.”</p>

<p>Speaking to Jimu News, the director of the Dental Medicine Centre at the Hospital of Universal Love in Wuhan, Xiang Guolin, said that the maximum number of teeth extracted is generally 10.</p>

Remember Tyler Rake? The ex-hitman who created havoc on the streets of Dhaka as he went out on a mission to rescue the young teenage son of a gang lord in India in Netflix actioner Extraction? Chris Hemsworth is all set to reprise his role in the sequel of the film Extraction 2. The first film, shot in India, also had several Indian actors in key roles. Priyanshu Painyuli, Randeep Hooda and Pankaj Tripathi had played key roles in the film which was helmed by Sam Hargrave and written by Joe Russo. The makers dropped the teaser of Extraction 2 on Monday and from the looks of it, the film promises to be an action thriller. Unlike usual teaser trailers which highlight certain portions of the film, the teaser of Extraction 2 shows a small chunk of what appears to be an extraction sequence involving Hemsworth. The actor is shown fighting an army to get Kutaisi Staff (Sinead Phelps) out of a prison. The film sets off from where the first part ended. The second part begins with Chris Hemsworth‘s Tyler Rake going into a coma for nine months. After he comes to his senses, he joins the Australian black ops for another deadly mission, which is to rescue the battered family of a ruthless Georgian gangster from the prison where they are being held. From 'Extraction' to 'The Irishman': Netflix's most popular original movies ever

<p>For Priyanshu Painyuli, who featured in Chris Hemsworth's ‘Extraction’, the biggest challenge was speaking in Bengali in an English film. Priyanshu played Asif, a Bangladeshi drug lord in the film. He is the main antagonist who is responsible to bringing Taylor (Hemsworth) to Dhaka on a mission to extract a boy who has been kidnapped by Priyanshu’s men.</p>

<p>The actor can be seen speaking in only in Bengali throughout the film. “The most challenging and interesting thing about playing this Bangladeshi guy was to speak in Bengali,” admits Priyanshu in a chat with WION.</p>

<p>The film, which was exclusively made for Netflix, has got a great response from the audience and is the biggest film for the OTT platform.</p>

<p>With a cast comprising of Hemsworth, Randeep Hooda, and Pankaj Tripathi, Priyanshu was rather an uncanny choice to play an antagonist. “I used to joke around with Sam (Hargrave, the director of the film) on the sets that you have made me the villain but I am not part of any fight sequence,” Priyanshu recalls. Instead, he played a calm, quiet yet menacing Asif who controlled almost the entire city from his fortress.</p>

<p>A ‘pahadi’ from Dehradun who has spent his growing up years in Bengaluru, Priyanshu was offered the role because the casting director thought he was a Bengali because of his first name. “The casting director called me and straight away asked if I could speak in Bengali?” says the actor.</p>

<p>With a little help from his friends including actress Ronjini Chakraborty, Priyanshu recorded a few lines in Bangla and sent casting director Tess Joseph audio clips to convince her that he could do the part. Another round of audition soon followed and Priyanshu eventually landed the role. But the actor had to be tutored in the local dialect of Dhaka which is strikingly different from the Bengali language that is common in India.</p>

<p>“They got a Bangladeshi filmmaker on board called Rafael. He was from Dhaka, he trained us in the language 2 months before the shoot. All of us had to go through training, were tutored for two months to look and behave like locals of Dhaka. They kept the language authentic,” said Priyanshu.</p>

<p>In fact, ‘Extraction’ is perhaps one of the rare Hollywood films that had actors speaking multiple languages instead of English throughout. “If you see the portions in Mumbai- the characters are speaking Hindi, people in Bangladesh speaking the local language then Chris is speaking in English. Most of English films have even Asians speaking in English, they will throw in local words in between but here they have the characterization very authentic,” Priyanshu pointed out.</p>

<p>Describing his character Aamir Asif in ‘Extraction’ as a “prince”, the actor says that while he was given a clear brief by his director about his role, he also created a perception of the character and his background while preparing for the film. “Sam and I discussed that this guy has got this business from family. He has inherited it and its father’s business that he is now taking care of. Which is why you see him giving life lessons to people.. something that he has picked up from his father, he has the prince demeanor. I purposely did not want to make him shout or show off his power through his body language, because when you are a king, you don’t have to prove it to the world. The actor can be seen speaking in only in Bengali throughout the film. “The most challenging and interesting thing about playing this Bangladeshi guy was to speak in Bengali,” admits Priyanshu in a chat with WION. The film, which was exclusively made for Netflix, has got a great response from the audience and is the biggest film for the OTT platform. With a cast comprising of Hemsworth, Randeep Hooda, and Pankaj Tripathi, Priyanshu was rather an uncanny choice to play an antagonist. “I used to joke around with Sam (Hargrave, the director of the film) on the sets that you have made me the villain but I am not part of any fight sequence,” Priyanshu recalls. Instead, he played a calm, quiet yet menacing Asif who controlled almost the entire city from his fortress. A ‘pahadi’ from Dehradun who has spent his growing up years in Bengaluru, Priyanshu was offered the role because the casting director thought he was a Bengali because of his first name. “The casting director called me and straight away asked if I could speak in Bengali?” says the actor. With a little help from his friends including actress Ronjini Chakraborty, Priyanshu recorded a few lines in Bangla and sent casting director Tess Joseph audio clips to convince her that he could do the part. Another round of audition soon followed and Priyanshu eventually landed the role. But the actor had to be tutored in the local dialect of Dhaka which is strikingly different from the Bengali language that is common in India. “They got a Bangladeshi filmmaker on board called Rafael. He was from Dhaka, he trained us in the language 2 months before the shoot. All of us had to go through training, were tutored for two months to look and behave like locals of Dhaka. They kept the language authentic,” said Priyanshu. In fact, ‘Extraction’ is perhaps one of the rare Hollywood films that had actors speaking multiple languages instead of English throughout. “If you see the portions in Mumbai- the characters are speaking Hindi, people in Bangladesh speaking the local language then Chris is speaking in English. Most of English films have even Asians speaking in English, they will throw in local words in between but here they have the characterization very authentic,” Priyanshu pointed out. Describing his character Aamir Asif in ‘Extraction’ as a “prince”, the actor says that while he was given a clear brief by his director about his role, he also created a perception of the character and his background while preparing for the film. “Sam and I discussed that this guy has got this business from family. He has inherited it and its father’s business that he is now taking care of. Which is why you see him giving life lessons to people.. something that he has picked up from his father, he has the prince demeanor. I purposely did not want to make him shout or show off his power through his body language, because when you are a king, you don’t have to prove it to the world. <p>Chris Hemsworth's latest film 'Extraction' is a treat for those who love the action genre. High on stunts, the film’s action sequences are brutal, hardcore and in plenty, so much so that the story becomes secondary. Directed by Sam Hargrave who was the stunt director of 'Avengers: Endgame', ‘Extraction’ is nearly a two-hour film of a man trying to rescue a teenage boy from a local Drug lord in Dhaka and his army of men.<br />
<br />
Hemsworth plays Tyler, who is given the job to extract Ovi Mahajan (newcomer Rudraksh Jaiswal) son of Mumbai based drug lord (Pankaj Tripathi) from Dhaka. Ovi has been kidnapped and taken hostage by the local ‘Pablo Escobar’ of the area, Asif (Priyanshu Painyuli) and held captive in a dilapidated house in the outskirts of Dhaka.<br />
<br />
Tyler with the help of Nik (Golshifteh Farahani) and team, tracks Ovi down and is almost about to finish the extraction and the take the boy home when the team advises him to abort the mission as someone has gone rogue in the middle. Meanwhile, Saju (Randeep Hooda) who works for Ovi's father is also on the lookout for the boy which leads to clashes with Tyler. As Tyler and Ovi run around the bustling streets of Dhaka, they have Saju and nearly the entire city police looking for them.</p>

<p>Elaborate and unending action sequences, lots of car chases, hand-to-hand combat and men and children wielding bazookas freely forms rest of the film’s story. The entire film is just that, of men flexing muscles, fighting with each other and Hemsworth turning into a one-man army trying to save the boy from getting killed.<br />
<br />
The screenplay written by Joe Russo gives backstories to only three characters that too very sketchy ones. Tyler - an ex Australian mercenary who is yet to come to terms with his young son’s death, Saju- for whom his family holds utmost importance and Ovi, the neglected boy of a mafia lord who develops a fondness for Tyler. The backstories are merely mentioned in a scene or two, they are not very deftly written neither do they add much to the narrative. On the contrary that one scene where Tyler narrates his past to Ovi- in a tender moment of bonding- is one the slowest portions of the film.<br />
<br />
While the film is based in Dhaka, it has been shot in Mumbai, Ahmadabad and Thailand. Of course, the sub-continent in Hollywood is always shown in a certain way. The stories always tend to glamorize the chaos and poverty of the third world. This film is no different. The only portions that are shown in the film are the seedy by-lanes of a very dusty city where people stay in cramped houses with Bollywood music blaring out of them. So typical, no?</p>

The drug lord, of course, employs a bunch of children and who are more than happy to wield guns at whoever their master wants. They are malnourished but full of anger and ready to do anything to please their boss Asif.<br />
The film gives more importance to the action sequences than the story. It is also important to note that it takes a white man to come and rescue a boy in India even as the local guardian(who probably knows the area better than Tyler) plays a second fiddle in the story.</p>

<p>The film, though has to be given credit for not just the action sequences but also for using some local languages like Hindi and Bengali when needed. Instead of making the Indian actors speak in accented English, the director keeps the authenticity intact by making them speak the local language. In one scene even Hemsworth speaks a few words in Bangla!<br />

Shot by Newton Thomas Sigel the scenes give an immersive feeling that make you feel the punches and blows in many cases.<br />
<br />
Randeep Hooda, Pankaj Tripathi are let down by poor screenplay. It is a Hemsworth show all the way - who is also one of the co-producers of the film. Hemsworth literally plays a modern version of one his best onscreen characters Thor- but minus the sass. Hemsworth is glum and only knows the language of violence in this film. The only guy who matches Hemsworth's overpowering screen presence is actor Rudraksh Jaiswal who delivers a confident performance as the lonely Ovi. Painyuli shows spark in the limited screen space he has. He adapts the local Dhaka style of Bengali well.<br />
<br />
'Extraction' is technically a very sound film. Slick action, good looking actors fighting it out and some mean stunts. If heavy-duty action thrillers are something that suits your palate, 'Extraction' is an good option. Don’t go by the story so much though.</p>

High on stunts, the film’s action sequences are brutal, hardcore and in plenty, so much so that the story becomes secondary. Directed by Sam Hargrave who was the stunt director of 'Avengers: Endgame', ‘Extraction’ is nearly a two-hour film of a man trying to rescue a teenage boy from a local Drug lord in Dhaka and his army of men. Hemsworth plays Tyler, who is given the job to extract Ovi Mahajan (newcomer Rudraksh Jaiswal) son of Mumbai based drug lord (Pankaj Tripathi) from Dhaka. Ovi has been kidnapped and taken hostage by the local ‘Pablo Escobar’ of the area, Asif (Priyanshu Painyuli) and held captive in a dilapidated house in the outskirts of Dhaka. Tyler with the help of Nik (Golshifteh Farahani) and team, tracks Ovi down and is almost about to finish the extraction and the take the boy home when the team advises him to abort the mission as someone has gone rogue in the middle. Meanwhile, Saju (Randeep Hooda) who works for Ovi's father is also on the lookout for the boy which leads to clashes with Tyler. As Tyler and Ovi run around the bustling streets of Dhaka, they have Saju and nearly the entire city police looking for them. Elaborate and unending action sequences, lots of car chases, hand-to-hand combat and men and children wielding bazookas freely forms rest of the film’s story. The entire film is just that, of men flexing muscles, fighting with each other and Hemsworth turning into a one-man army trying to save the boy from getting killed. The screenplay written by Joe Russo gives backstories to only three characters that too very sketchy ones. Tyler - an ex Australian mercenary who is yet to come to terms with his young son’s death, Saju- for whom his family holds utmost importance and Ovi, the neglected boy of a mafia lord who develops a fondness for Tyler. The backstories are merely mentioned in a scene or two, they are not very deftly written neither do they add much to the narrative. On the contrary that one scene where Tyler narrates his past to Ovi- in a tender moment of bonding- is one the slowest portions of the film. While the film is based in Dhaka, it has been shot in Mumbai, Ahmadabad and Thailand. Of course, the sub-continent in Hollywood is always shown in a certain way. The stories always tend to glamorize the chaos and poverty of the third world. This film is no different. The only portions that are shown in the film are the seedy by-lanes of a very dusty city where people stay in cramped houses with Bollywood music blaring out of them. So typical, no? The drug lord, of course, employs a bunch of children and who are more than happy to wield guns at whoever their master wants. They are malnourished but full of anger and ready to do anything to please their boss Asif. The film gives more importance to the action sequences than the story. It is also important to note that it takes a white man to come and rescue a boy in India even as the local guardian(who probably knows the area better than Tyler) plays a second fiddle in the story. The film, though has to be given credit for not just the action sequences but also for using some local languages like Hindi and Bengali when needed. Instead of making the Indian actors speak in accented English, the director keeps the authenticity intact by making them speak the local language. In one scene even Hemsworth speaks a few words in Bangla! Shot by Newton Thomas Sigel the scenes give an immersive feeling that make you feel the punches and blows in many cases. Randeep Hooda, Pankaj Tripathi are let down by poor screenplay. It is a Hemsworth show all the way - who is also one of the co-producers of the film. Hemsworth literally plays a modern version of one his best onscreen characters Thor- but minus the sass. Hemsworth is glum and only knows the language of violence in this film. The only guy who matches Hemsworth's overpowering screen presence is actor Rudraksh Jaiswal who delivers a confident performance as the lonely Ovi. Painyuli shows spark in the limited screen space he has. He adapts the local Dhaka style of Bengali well. 'Extraction' is technically a very sound film. Slick action, good looking actors fighting it out and some mean stunts. If heavy-duty action thrillers are something that suits your palate, 'Extraction' is an good option. Don’t go by the story so much though.

<p>Now, we all know that Hemsworth was in India in 2019 shooting for Netflix film 'Extraction'. The film is scheduled to release on the OTT platform on April 24 and three days before the premiere, Hemsworth shared a video from his filming days.<br />

The video, that Hemsworth shared on Instagram, has two fans of the 'Avengers' star chasing his car in order to get his autograph. The men could be seen riding alongside Chris' SUV waving a photo of the 'Thor' star. "One of the more enthusiastic fans I've ever seen," Chris commented in the clip.<br />

Sharing the video of the incident with his fans, Chris wrote, "Persistence pays off - not only did this guy get an autograph, he also does all my motorbike stunts from now on."</p>

On Tuesday, the actor shared glimpses from the movie`s shooting in India on his social media page and announced its streaming date -- April 24.<br />

In the video, other production staff of `Extraction` and Randeep`s Hollywood co-star Chris Hemsworth are seen talking about India and how different the feeling was to shoot in the country.<br />

The video begins with the `Thor` actor saying, "Here we are, in India, in the sets of our movie for Netflix."<br />
<br />
"Aesthetically this film is so vibrant and full of movements," he added, while an action sequence from the movie is played alongside.<br />
<br />
The director of the film, Sam Hargrave, said, "We started the day by doing the traditional Indian blessings," followed by a clip where the filmmaker is doing pooja and breaking a coconut.<br />
