<p>&nbsp;</p><p>The fear surrounding Maharaj continues to grow and people are forced to live under his control. His methods are brutal and anyone who challenges him risks severe consequences.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>An informer comes forward to give details about the dacoit and his operations and the police get a chance to infiltrate Maharaj’s network. But getting close to someone as powerful as Maharaj is a lot more complicated than simply finding him.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Meanwhile, the growing violence associated with Maharaj begins attracting greater political attention. His alleged influence over elections and his connections with powerful people turn the problem into something much larger than anyone had expected.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>And this is where we meet IPS officer Aditya Singh. Aditya is a dedicated, low-profile police officer, sent to the Chitrakoot region as part of a Special Task Force operation to take down Maharaj. <p>&nbsp;</p><p>As Aditya and his team begin studying Maharaj's network, they realise that they cannot reach Maharaj just by themselves. Informers, local contacts and Maharaj's own associates become crucial to the investigation.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>At the same time, Aditya's pursuit begins affecting his personal life. His wife, Aparna (Ishita Dutta), has to face the perils that come with her husband’s duty.</p><p>The deeper Aditya goes into the operation, the more complicated the battle becomes. He isn't only dealing with Maharaj; there is also pressure from the politicians and people within the system.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Rajpal Yadav's Kalika becomes an important part of the mission. What follows is a cat-and-mouse game between the STF and a dacoit who has ruled the region for years.</p><h2>What works and what doesn't</h2><p>One of the most effective elements of the film is, of course, the performances by the seasoned actors.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Pratik Gandhi does justice to the character of IPS Aditya Singh, who isn't written as a larger-than-life action hero. His performance isn't flashy, but does the work as a man trying to operate inside an environment where almost everyone has a hidden agenda.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Arshad Warsi is a versatile performer and the actor has proved it once again by turning into a violent and intimidating dacoit. He does bring menace to Maharaj, and the character's reputation is established long before he becomes a constant presence.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>However, the film has not fully explored the man behind the criminal. His brutality and influence are seen throughout 2 hours and 30 minutes, but Maharaj could have been a more layered villain. The character gives Yadav room to bring a balance of humour and vulnerability in an otherwise gruesome setting.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The villages, forests, language, costumes and overall visual setting are another good part of the film. Unlike the usual action movies, Ghamasaan's backdrop feels authentic and the political and criminal networks appear to grow naturally out of the region. It works well when the film shows how fear becomes part of everyday life due to Maharaj's influence.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Additionally, the political-criminal connection gives the story weight, as Maharaj's power isn't based solely on the guns his gang carries, but it also comes from the ecosystem around him.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Now, coming to the biggest problem in Ghamasaan, it's the film's pacing. The story has spent a considerable amount of time building Maharaj's reputation before Aditya comes into the picture. While it was necessary to present Warsi's character as more than an ordinary criminal, the execution can test the viewer's patience.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The opening portion was interesting in bits and pieces, but they don't always come together with enough momentum. The story becomes more engaging once Gandhi's Aditya arrives in Bundelkhand. This makes the film's second half feel stronger.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>And yes, the film doesn't provide something new. Jolly Tyagi is perpetually angry with Jolly Mishra for stealing his clients. Both have the same moniker and clients, who often come looking for Tyagi, end up in Mishra’s chamber. The cases are small- clients pay a meager amount, and both Jollys struggle. Tyagi’s wife, Sandhya (Amrita Rao), is now working for an NGO led by one Laxmi Yadav (fashioned around activist Medha Patkar). A do-gooder who works for the impoverished class, Sandhya sends Janaki Rajaram Solanki (Seema Biswas) to her husband for a case on land grabbing. Janaki claims Haribhai Khaitan (Gajraj Rao) and his big corporation are forcefully trying to move her and the people of her village to create Boston-like infrastructure in Bikaner. With his character, Shukla beautifully strikes a balance between a serious, honest judge and a comical, unassuming lover. He obviously gets the best lines in the film.</p><h2>What does not work in Jolly LLB 3?</h2><p>The first two <i>Jolly LLB</i>s worked because they talked of serious social issues but garbed them well with comedy. In <i>Jolly LLB 3,</i> the comedy is less. It's sharp and effective but limited. <i>Jolly LLB 3 </i>could have been far more enjoyable if it had cashed in on the on-screen chemistry of Akshay Kumar, Arshad Warsi, and Saurabh Shukla.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Gajraj Rao, an immensely talented actor, plays the antagonist who seems too typical and familiar. His evil is also not so evil, and he seems like a greedy businessman, always on the lookout to make more money- that can’t be a crime. Sequels are not always the most accurate in terms of casting. But Kapoor manages to get all the actors from the previous films to reprise their respective characters. There is continuity, which helps to connect this film to the previous two films well. With a solid script, a taut screenplay that leaves a lasting impression, and great performances, <i>Jolly LLB 3</i> makes for a perfect watch.</p><p>Don’t miss it. There are fans (like me) who loved Jolly LLB with Arshad Warsi in the lead. An honest, genuine issue-based film - it had surprised me pleasantly when it was released. Kumar's take in the sequel was more commercial, featuring the actor's usual theatrics and some dance numbers. It obviously had its fan base. So, to bring the two characters for the third part and tell a story effectively is a great feat for the makers. Plot of Jolly LLB 3 The two Jollys are now advocates in the district court in Delhi. Jolly Tyagi is perpetually angry with Jolly Mishra for stealing his clients. Both have the same moniker and clients, who often come looking for Tyagi, end up in Mishra’s chamber. The cases are small- clients pay a meager amount, and both Jollys struggle. Tyagi’s wife, Sandhya (Amrita Rao), is now working for an NGO led by one Laxmi Yadav (fashioned around activist Medha Patkar). A do-gooder who works for the impoverished class, Sandhya sends Janaki Rajaram Solanki (Seema Biswas) to her husband for a case on land grabbing. Janaki claims Haribhai Khaitan (Gajraj Rao) and his big corporation are forcefully trying to move her and the people of her village to create Boston-like infrastructure in Bikaner. Khaitan claims he offered her compensation, but Janaki, having lost all her family members, doesn’t want the compensation and wants to keep her home and land. Considering she is poor, Janaki’s case is initially rejected by both the Jollys. They try to pass on the case to each other- just to grab a richer client on the side. The third film of the comedy franchise is titled <em>Welcome to the Jungle</em>. Kumar shared the first teaser of the film on his social media handle and wrote, “<em>Khud ko aur aap sab ko ek birthday gift diya hai aaj</em>. If you like it and say thanks, I’d say Welcome(3)😬.”<br />

<p>The Indian stock market watchdog discovered that certain people uploaded videos containing false and misleading advice for investors to purchase shares of Sharpline Broadcast Ltd. and Sadhna Broadcast Ltd. in order to make extraordinary profits.</p>

<p>In addition to the ban, SEBI has confiscated illegal earnings totaling Rs 54 crore that the organisations made as a result of deceptive videos that were published on YouTube channels. The results of the inquiry are described in two distinct interim orders.</p>

<p>Once SEBI received complaints stating that some entities were manipulating prices and selling shares of Sadhna Broadcast Ltd. and Sharpline Broadcast Ltd., an inquiry was launched</p>

<p>Until further orders, SEBI has prohibited the 45 firms from "buying, selling, or dealing in securities either directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever." Furthermore, until the seized funds are put in the escrow account, the firms have been instructed not to part with any assets, including cash in bank accounts, without first obtaining SEBI's consent.<br />

The trailer showcases chilling glimpses of an ancient fort, titled- `Durgamati`. Bhumi enters the fort, only to find out that the palace has more secrets than earlier imagined.
