
Under-19 cricket team of India has arrived in Mumbai after earning glory.
World U-19 champions received a warm welcome at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbaiby some senior officials of the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA).
Besides MCA officials, a significant number of fans were also assembled at the airport to welcome the young heroes.
On the arrival, skipper Prithvi Shaw expressed his gratitude and said, "Thank you all for supporting us throughout the journey and thank you for sending blessings."
Prithvi Shaw and his team have retired from Under-19 cricket in the best way possible.
Now, they are definitely looking forward to having a promising future in cricket. Few of players like, skipperPrithvi Shaw, Manjot Kalra, Shubman Gill, Ishan Porel, Kamlesh Nagarkoti will appearin the upcoming IPL series.
They have booked aberth in the upcomingIPL seriesas they were bought by IPL franchises.
The U-19 team, coached by legendary Rahul Dravid, came out of the airport at around 3.30 PM local time.
India produced a dominant performance in the tournament and remained unbeaten throughout to lift the trophy for a record fourth time in New Zealand.
