Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill speaks on pre-game detainment
Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill is 'still trying to put together' the pre-game detainment by Miami-Dade police on Sunday (Sep 8). The WR was eventually let go after 'several minutes' and addressed the situation post game.
"Right now, I'm still trying to put it all together ... I still don't know what happened," Hill said.
The police had detained Hill three hours prior to their game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He was detained for speeding and reckless driving before being placed in handcuffs.
The incident, however, didn't affect his game, as he managed 130 receiving yards - the highest in the game - including a 80-yard touchdown - the longest of his career.
