Quinton de Kock will be out of action for around 2-4 weeks because of a wrist injury

After AB de Villiers, and Faf du Plessis now its Quinton de Kock, who has been ruled out of the remaining four one day matches due to the wrist injury also the upcoming T20s series against India.

De Kock suffered a left wrist injury while batting during the second ODI at Centurion on Sunday and needs two to four weeks to make a full recovery.

The ouster of wicket-keeper batsman will last a major blow to the team as the two-star players are already out.

India had marked a comfortable win in both the previous matches. The squad, especially the bowling attack is in terrific form. India won the first ODI at Durban by six wickets and the second ODI by nine wickets to take a 2-0 lead in the six-match series.

On one hand, India will enter Cape Town for the third ODI match on Wednesday with a high but on the other South Africa is struggling with injuries.

After winning the last match, India temporarily retained the top ICC ODI spot and looking forward to winning the ODI series after the unfortunate Test loss.

Keeper-batsman Heinrich Klaasen had already been included in the South Africa squad after the first ODI and can now be expected to make his debut in the third match at Cape Town on Wednesday.
