After facing consistent losses in the recent elections, the Bhartiya Janata Party leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi has hinted on forming new alliance ahead of the 2019 Lok Sabha polls.
Admitting the same, the Union Minister said on Sunday that the recent electoral reverses have affected the BJP and the party would go for new alliance if a need arises.
He added that their party has not put up a "no-entry" sign and will go for new allies if party needs. He also said that they would want the existing allies to stay with the party.
Referring to the TDP, he said that the party was also ready to accept the alliance parties who have left the NDA recently.
Naqvi said that the BJP was committed to alliance partners from the time of Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
