The foreign ministers of India, Russia, and China made a joint statement Monday after their trilateral meeting in New Delhi.
The joint statement said the three countries "Condemn terrorism in all forms and manifestations and reaffirm determination to prevent and counter terrorism."
It added that all states should take adequate measures to prevent terrorist activities from their territory.

And that those committing, organising, inciting or supporting terrorist acts must be held accountable and brought to justice.
The statement added that cooperation between India, Russia, and China was not directed against any other country.
External affairs minister Sushma Swaraj had earlier briefed reporters about what had been discussed at the meeting between the three foreign ministers:
