
Aam Aadmi Party MLAs,arrested in connection to assault on Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash, have been sent to judicial custody for 14 days.
Party legislators Amanatullah Khan and Prakash Jarwal were arrested on Wednesday after the Delhi Chief Secretary filed a complaint stating that he was assaulted by AAP MLAs at Chief Minister's Kejriwal's residence.
While Prakash Jarwal was arrested from his house at Deoli on February 21,another leader Amanatullah Khan surrendered at the Jamia Nagar Police Station.
Khan surrendered saying he decided to surrender since he had done nothing wrong.
Delhi Chief Secretary alleged that he was roughed up by AAP MLAs Amanatullah Khan and others during a meeting at the Chief Minister's residence on Monday night.
The Police have filed an FIR on a complaint from Prakash under various sections, including 120B (criminal conspiracy), 186 (obstructing a public servant from performing the duty) and 353 (assault on public servant)
