A school in Chennai run by Rajnikanth wife's has been locked up by the landlord.

In return, PTI reported, the school authorities have decided to file a defamation case against the landlord for causing "immense agony to the school and issuing false statements to the media".
It added that the 400 children of the Ashram school, run by Latha Rajnikanth, have subsequently been shifted to another institution.
PTI reported that the landlord, Venkateshwaralu, claims the school management had agreed -- as per a court directive -- to pay the rent till the vacate the premises next year but that they had not done so.
It added the management as claiming it has faced lot of harassment from the landlore in the recent past due to a "family dispute".
