It was a night to remember for Bollywood actress Kiara Advani who caught up with none other than Richard Gere at the Cannes Film Festival. After serving us fresh looks at the red carpet and attending the Red Sea Film Foundation’s Women in Cinema Gala dinner, Kiara was spotted enjoying her time chatting with Richard Gere.

Both looked engaged in talks and also posed for some pictures that have now found their way to social media. While Richard was dressed sharply in classics, Kiara kept it ultra glamorous in a blush pink and black gown that had an enormous bow at the back, The gown featured a classic style with a corset attached to a floor-length gown that had a short trail at the end. 

As pictures of the duo surfaced on the internet, their fans couldn’t believe how great they looked together.

Kiara has been pretty active on social media from the Cannes. This was her debut at the prestigious film festival. 

The Shershaah actress has kept it uber-stylish with her looks at Cannes. She hasn’t been very experimental and kept it mostly around the theme of feminine beauty with light, sheer and graceful fabrics that fit her beautiful frame. The pink and black gown she wore was Prabal Gurung.

A day prior, she was seen in a white dress with a thigh-high slit and a flowy structure. That too was from designer Prabal Gurung.

Meanwhile, expressing her gratitude for being a part of the Women in Cinema initiative, Kiara shared a video which she captioned: "Thank you @redseafilm and @vanityfair for inviting me to be a part of the Women in Cinema initiative. Deeply honoured and truly humbled to be amongst the honourees. An experience that will be forever cherished."

Indian celebrities at Cannes 2024

This year, apart from Kiara Advani, Sobhi Dhulipala also made her Cannes debut along with festival veteran Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. This year was all about experimentation for Aishwarya who gave us one shocking look after another. Meanwhile, we also expect actors Jacqueline Fernandes and Aditi Rao Hydari to walk the red carpet this year.
