Varun Dhawan becomes father to baby girl, Arjun Kapoor calls him ‘Papa No 1’

Varun Dhawan is now a father to a baby girl. The actor's wife Natasha Dalal delivered the couple's first child on Monday night at a hospital in Mumbai.
Varun took to Instagram on early hours of Tuesday to announce the arrival of the newest member of the Dhawan family. With an adorable animated clip of his furry baby Joey welcoming his little sister, the actor shared, “Our baby girl is here 💞 Thank u for all the good wishes for the mama and the baby." The actor also asked for privacy for the family at this time.
The news was met with congratulatory messages from Varun's friends and colleagues in the film industry.
Kareena Kapoor Khan shared, “God bless all of you wonderful news,”and Shehnaaz Gill wrote,“Congratulations! sending lots of love to the lil baby”
Varun’s Student of the Year (2012) co-star Alia Bhatt also congratulated him on her Instagram story. Alia shared Varun's announcement post and wrote, “joy joy & pure joy! Another little girl who's going to rule the world congratulations dearest Nat and Vd!”
Varun’s mentor and filmmaker Karan Johar penned a heartfelt note, which read, “My baby had a baby girl!!!! I am over the moooooooon!!!!! Congratulations to the proud mama and papa!!! Love you Natasha and Varun.”

Varun married his longtime girlfriend, designer Natasha Dalal in an intimate ceremony in 2021. Varun and Natasha kept their relationship low profile during their dating days and the actor only confirmed about his relationship during an appearance on Koffee With Karan in 2019.
