The official trailer for The Buckingham Murders is here and we can’t wait for the whole story to unfold this September. Starring Kareena Kapoor in a leading role with Hansal Mehta helming the project, the film is a suspense thriller. In the trailer, Kareena Kapoor plays the role of a detective who is given the charge of investigating the murder of a 10-year-old in Buckinghamshire.
The trailer begins with Kareena asking a number of suspects to reveal their exact location on the evening of November 14. As news of the mysterious death of a boy shocks everyone, a Muslim teenager is taken into police custody which leads to total chaos.
As tensions rise, Kareena’s character Jasmeet Bhamra, a detective and a mother, enters the scene and begins an investigation to understand what happened on that fateful evening. Everyone is a suspect. She is also blamed for causing tension in the neighbourhood.

The Buckingham Murders also stars Ash Tandon, Ranveer Brar, and Keith Allen. It is written by Aseem Arrora, Kashyap Kapoor, and Raghav Raj Kakker.
With the film, actress Kareena is making her debut as a producer. The film is also backed by Balaji Telefilms and TBM Films alongside Shobha Kapoor and EktaKapoor.
The film will release in cinemas on September 13.
