Aditi Rao Hydari's performance in the recently released web series Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar has been lauded by one and all. The actress plays Bibbo Jaan in the show that has been helmed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. While Aditi's performance has been widely discussed, her Gajagamini-esque walk in a song in the show has caught fans' attention and gone viral.
Since then, many have tried to recreate the walk on Instagram reels. On Wednesday, however, the OG decided to jump onto the viral trend herself. Aditi Rao Hydari recorded the walk, but this time with her team on the streets of Cannes, where the actress is attending the Cannes Film Festival.
Aditi Rao Hydari posted the video of her recreating the Gajagamini walk in Cannes with the caption, "#lorealparisindia #Cannes2024 Walking into Cannes like."
The clip begins with Aditi, holding an umbrella and wearing a gorgeous floral gown, doing the viral walk with her team members. After a few seconds, they turn towards the camera and burst out laughing, and then Aditi continues with her walk.
The fans' reactions were overwhelming, flooding the internet with videos of Aditi. One fan wrote, "The famous swan walk." Another commented, "The fever of Aditi's walk reaches Cannes."
In the video, Aditi wore a sleeveless yellow, black, and green ensemble. It features a halter neckline, a black satin belt to cinch the waistline, a gathered design on the front and back of the bodice, and a ruffled tier attached to the high-low hem of the dress. Acreation of Gauri and Nanika, the dress is a perfect look for the summer.
Aditi accessorised her gown with chunky white sneakers and minimal gold jewels, including drop earrings and a ring.
The actor shared photos of her look on Instagram and captioned the images as. "Pocket full of sunshine."
On her first day at the festival this year, Aditi chose a traditional golden ensemble as she took part at an event at the Bharat Pavilion at the festival. Aditi's red carpet look is yet to be unveiled.
