Deepika Padukone makes her first public appearance post delivery with baby Dua

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have maintained a low profile ever since they welcomed their first child, a baby girl, in September earlier this year. While Ranveer has made a few public appearances in the past two months, Deepika has been away from the public eye, concentrating on motherhood. On Wednesday, fans got a brief glimpse of Deepika with her daughter Dua. This was Deepika's first appearance after giving birth to her daughter.
On Friday morning, the mother-daughter duo was pictured at the Mumbai airport along with Ranveer Singh and his mother Anju Bhavnani.
The family did not pose for the paparazzi andquickly entered Mumbai's Kalina airport. Paparazzi videos on social media show Deepika walking inside holding Dua along with Ranveer.
On Diwali this year, Deepika and Ranveer shared the first picture of their daughter and revealed her name. "'Dua': Meaning a prayer. Because she is the answer to our prayers. Our hearts are filled with Love & Gratitude. Deepika & Ranveer," they captioned the post.

The couple announced the birth of their first child - a baby girl through a social media post in September. They shared a joint post with a note that simply read. "Welcome baby girl. 8.09.2024. Deepika and Ranveer."
Ranveer and Deepika began dating while working on Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Ram Leela in 2013 and married in 2018. They announced their pregnancy earlier this year.
On the professional front, Deepika and Ranveer were recently seen sharing screen space in Rohit Shetty's Singham Again. Deepika's film Kalki 2898 ADwas released earlier this year and declared a hit at the box office.
Ranveer Singh is currently working on Aditya Dhar's upcoming espionage thriller, which features a cast including Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, and Akshaye Khanna.
