
Italian fashion designer Roberto Cavalli is no more. The fashion designer who founded the luxury Italian fashion house Roberto Cavalli breathed his last at the age of 83.
Cavalli, famously known as the 'King of Leopard Print', ruled the heart of A-listers and fashion aficionados with his unique innovation of fabric printing, which he made eye-catching with his animal prints inspired by Zebras, Cheetahs and others.
Soon after Cavalli's death was confirmed, tributes started pouring in from around the world. Singer and fashion icon Victoria Beckham also paid tribute to the icon.
Taking to her Instagram handle, the former Spice Girl shared a photo of her with Cavalli.

The photo showed Beckham posing with Cavallion the red carpet. She wrote, ''So sorry to hear the sad news of Roberto’s passing. He’ll forever be an icon.”
Calling him a true artist, Jennifer Hudson wrote, ''Roberto Cavalli was always one of my favourite designers. A true artist in every sense of the word! He made the world a more beautiful place and will be dearly missed. May he rest in peace!''

Renowned designer Giorgio Armani called Cavalli a “true artist” in the condolence message.
Armani in a statement release said: “I cannot imagine a vision of fashion more distant from mine than that of Roberto Cavalli, yet I have always had enormous respect for him: Roberto was a true artist, wild and wonderful in his use of prints, capable of transforming fantasy into seductive clothes. I have learnt with great sadness of his passing: his Tuscan verve will be greatly missed.”
Born in Florence, Italy, Cavalli became renowned for his unique vision with textile printing and patchwork. His animal-print fabrics in the glamorous and bohemian outfits quickly captivated the eyes of fashion aficionados.
