Stars react to Trump's assassination attempt

It was all too chaotic at the Pennsylvania rally as an assassination attempt was made on former US President Trump when he was hit in the ear by a bullet while speaking to the attendees. He was speaking at a rally in Butler when theshooter, identified as 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, shot at Trump, who was lucky to have survived. The man was taken down by the FBI.

Trump luckily moved his head while speaking to the attendees and the bullet just grazed his right ear, injuring him lightly. Pictures of his bloody ear became a symbol of his resistance as people took to social media to rally behind him and call out the assassination attempt.

Stars call out assassination attempt on Donald Trump

Among the first stars to condemn this act, singer Kid Rock, who has established himself as a vocal figure for the far-right movement, posted a video to Instagram wearing a “White Boy of the Year” baseball cap. He said, “You f*** with Trump, you f*** with me.”

50 Cent posted a photo on X. He posted a photo of his studio album, “Get Rich or Die Tryin,” with Trump’s head edited onto the rapper’s body. He wrote, “Trump gets shot and now I’m trending [shoulder shrug emoji].”

In an earlier post by the rapper that has since been deleted, 50 Cent posted a photo showing the moment Trump raised his fist in the air moments after he was shot at and wrote, “I know the vibes…we are all in trouble now!”

The song lyrics include, “Many men wish death upon me. Blood in my eye.”

Country singer Scotty McCreery also posted for Trump and said that he was praying for his family while singer Dave Matthews reacted on stage at a show in Virginia. He said, “That’s no way to behave. My condolences to the family of the people who were hurt, but good grief man, that’s no way to run a democracy, that’s no way to be part of a democracy.”

John Rich posted a photo of Donald Trump and wrote, “They couldn’t beat him in a fair contest, so they tried to kill him. BUT THEY MISSED.”

Rapper Soulja Boy reposted a video of the shooting and wrote, “Ain’t no way they just shot at Trump.”
