In the mail, Mamdani has requested Stereogum to share his new song titled "Salaam". Mamdani wrote that the song is about how a Muslim man feels in America and what fears he/she has to encounter and why. He also shafted link of his song cloud. Responding to the mail dated March 2017, Stereogum spologised and said they had missed the mail. The guidelines issued by the State Department argues that people with such condition could become a "public charge" and potentially drain the US resources.&nbsp;Notably, the guidelines applies to all visa seekers but it is primarily aimed at those seeking permanent US residency.&nbsp;Earlier, screening for communicable diseases, checking vaccination history, infectious diseases and mental health conditions of the visa applicant were a must. Now, it includes other medical conditions too.&nbsp;The State Department cable, sent to US embassies and consulates reads, "You must consider an applicant's health. Certain medical conditions – including, but not limited to, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, cancers, diabetes, metabolic diseases, neurological diseases, and mental health conditions – can require hundreds of thousands of dollars' worth of care."&nbsp;In fact visa officers have also been instructed to assess if applicants are capable of paying for the medical treatment, particularly &nbsp;children or older people.&nbsp;"Do any of the dependents have disabilities, chronic medical conditions, or other special needs and require care such that the applicant cannot maintain employment?", reads the cable.&nbsp;"Does the applicant have adequate financial resources to cover the costs of such care over his entire expected lifespan without seeking public cash assistance or long-term institutionalisation at government expense?" the cable adds.&nbsp;

We have once again taken up the matter with the Russian authorities to have them released at the earliest, as also to put an end to this practice. As per our understanding, 44 Indian nationals are currently serving in the Russian army. We are in touch with the Russian side. We are also in touch with the families of these people and giving them an update on the matter,” he said.&nbsp;&nbsp;Warning its citizens about the danger, Jaiswal in behalf of Indian authorities said, “We once again urge all Indian nationals to exercise caution and not be misled by offers that involve joining the military forces of other countries. Thimphu: The sacred Piprahwa relics of Gautama Buddha, bone fragments unearthed from an ancient stupa in northern India, are set to arrive in Bhutan on Saturday. The arrival of relics come even as Bhutan celebrates the Global Peace Prayer Festival, a grand 16-day event timed to celebrate 4th King's birthday next week. The Piprahwa relics have been on expositions in Mongolia (2022) and Thailand (2024), Kalmykia, Russia (2025). The relics come to. I see relics being sent as gift of PM Modi, my elder brother, to people of Bhutan.” Discovered in 1898 at Piprahwa, near the Nepal border in Uttar Pradesh, the relics were divided among the Buddha's disciples after his cremation around 483 B.C. Another exhibition, “Life and Teachings of the Buddha,” will guide visitors from Lumbini, the birthplace garden, Bodh Gaya, the Bodhi tree, Sarnath, where the first sermon was delivered, and Kushinagar, where the parinirvana took place.
