The Indian prime minister will be travelling to Singapore next.
Ahead of the visit, Jawed Ashraf, India's High Commissioner to Singapore said India has been intensely engaged as a part of PM's Act East policy in the region.
PM Modi will be delivering a keynote address at the Shangri-La Dialogue.
