Reports state that White Houe wants the peace deal and exchange of hostages but Netanyahu is dillydallying the process due to political gains. In other news, Hezbollah launched a barrage of missiles at Israel on Sunday (Aug 4), forcing the Iron Dome air-defence system to kick into action.
