At least nineteen people were killed and many others wounded in the town of Al-Bab in northern Syria.
Turkish-controlled town of Al-Bab is located 18 miles from the Syrian-Turkish border in the Aleppo province.
The bomb was planted in a car which was parked on the side of the road before a garage door when it exploded.
The blast struck a bus and taxi station in the town, the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported.
