Venice hit by another high tide, Italy declares state of emergency in Venice against severe flood

Venice was inundated by exceptionally high water levels on Friday just days after the lagoon city suffered the worst flood in more than 50 years. Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte Thursday declared a state of emergency in Venice after the ancient lagoon city was severely flooded earlier this week.
