US: Janet Yellen wraps up China visit, warns Chinese banks of sanctions over Russia dealing

US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen is on a four-day trip to China. Yellen on Sunday told Premier Li Qiang that difficult conversations have put the two economic superpowers on "a more stable footing". During her bilateral meeting in Beijing, yellen said that two countries have a "duty" to responsibly manage a complex relationship.
