US Centre for Disease Control and Prevention reports outbreak of superbug fungus

The US Centre for Disease Control and Prevention has reported the outbreak of a drug resistent superbug fungus. This fungus, named Candida Auris, has been found in patients in hospitals and long-term care facilities in Texas and Washington DC. The fungus preys on people with weak immune systems.
