UK defence secy receives hoax call; caller posed as Ukrainian PM

The British defence secretary Wallace recieved an hoax call from the man pertaining to be an Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal. Now UK defence secy has blamed Russia for the hoax call launching an inquiry into the incident.
