Report: Google, Amazon & Apple may face tax probe in India

India's income tax department is investigating local units of Apple, Google and Amazon for potential non-payment of taxes. It is part of the tax investigation that began in 2021. The income tax authorities have requested detailed explanations from these Tech Giants regarding their transfer pricing practices.
