Experts say India, Pakistan, and UAE have been affected. Microsoft Azure reports increased latency, but alternative routes keep traffic moving.
SMW4 and IMEWE cables near Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, are reportedly at fault. Most undersea cable disruptions are caused by accidents or natural hazards.
