Ram Chandra Poudel sworn in as Nepal's new President

Senior Nepali Congress leader Ram Chandra Paudel was today sworn in as the President of Nepal. Acting Chief Justice Hari Krishna Karki administered the oath to 78-year-old Mr Paudel at a special ceremony at Sheetal Niwas, the President's Office.
