Tamil Nadu: Vigilance officials raid locations linked to former DMK minister

Tamil Nadu’s Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC) has conducted fresh searches at premises linked to former minister K.N. Nehru in Chennai and Tiruchirappalli. The searches are part of a probe into alleged large-scale corruption in recruitment to the Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department. DMK supporters gathered outside Nehru’s Tiruchirappalli residence as the investigation continued.
