But a chilling new assessment has surfaced: Iran’s most critical assets may have been moved to a secret installation under Kuh-e Kolang Gaz La—“Pickaxe Mountain”—a mile-deep peak south of Fordow, rumoured to be twice as deep as any site ever targeted.
Pickaxe Mountain is designed to survive what Fordow could not,” one analyst warns. “It’s Iran’s insurance policy against the world’s most powerful air forces.”
